Blue Oak Appraisals is based in Roseville, California and performs residential real estate appraisals in Placer County, Sacramento County, El Dorado County, Nevada County, Sutter County, Yolo County, and Yuba County.

Blue Oak Appraisals is not your typical one person appraisal company. We currently have multiple certified and licensed appraisers. All our appraisers attend continuing education classes on a wide variety of topics so there is a wide range of expertise available in the office. There is also an office staff that provides appraiser support and customer service. This gives each appraiser technical, research, data collection, and data entry support.  

We are equipped to handle work electronically through our web site, and we can also accept requests through e-mail and fax. Blue Oak Appraisals can handle specialty delivery requirements using both A La Mode and Lighthouse.

We are members of the Placer County Board of Realtors, the Nevada County board of Realtors, and the Sutter/Yuba Board of Realtors. This gives us access to Multiple Listing Services (MLS) throughout our coverage area and beyond.

Blue Oak Appraisals has experience with REOs, FHA, relocations (ERC), mortgage, legal, estate planning, and review appraisals. We also have experience with land, rentals, manufactured homes, high end custom homes, new construction, new subdivisions, and small multi-unit properties.

Blue Oak Appraisals accepts MasterCard and Visa.

At the top of our page is the client login. From here customers can order an appraisal, check status, and get copies of completed reports. If you are not an existing client, you will be taken to a 1 page screen for some basic information.

There is also a direct link to the online appraisal ordering page and the Fax ordering page.

Our licenses can be viewed by going to Staff Profiles on the left. Just click on the name of the appraiser and follow the link.
